I think it is sad when we seek to dominate a gender. I feel badly for women who will carry babies to watch them die of malnutrition. A sad affair indeed. It makes my heat ache. sam

Financial reasons?
Maybe because of the war in Iraq and the banking crisis the U.S. needs that funding for other things. It's sad though because the women could probably use the birth control.
