If my cat can live with his siblings
with only superficial disagreements that end quickly, wouldn't you think Venius could cross medians with Mars? In other words, the cat's meow isn't all the universe needs to accept planetary declinsions.

Is it possible to have a random thought?
Or, as I believe, are random thoughts rarer than a snow cone on the Mojave? Most thoughts are based on somethi9ng we have seen or heard or read, or otherwise experienced. Thoughts are an extension of that experience, the randomness may well be in the mixing of that experience with earlier...

Charity is good, except . . .
When the funds come from public money. I am incensed that my President and my Congress have conspired to give taxpayer money to hurricane victims. Does that make me an ogre? I think not. More from my archieves:
Action Jackson: Put your money where your mouth is! Thu, Jan 25, 2001 “You’re not a man if you can make a baby. You are a man if you can raise one.” These are the words of Rev. Jesse Jackson to a group of Atlanta-area High School students in 1979. They are prophetic in that Jackson is now put to the...

Finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
yesterday and, like the previous books, was disappointed that it had to end. I thoroughly enjoy the series and eagerly await the 7th book.

One characteristic of non-thinking people:
It is hilarious to me that those who have lost the ability to think rationally have divided the U.S. into two broad groups of people, Liberals and Conservatives. When one cannot handle the process of thinking, labels sure make things easier, don't they?
